Course Description

Explore the flexibility and control of Crystal Reports, as you learn to manipulate report data and create sophisticated, customized reports. Discover how to write formulas to insert derived data, customize group names, and isolate the information you need. Additional topics include connecting to multiple data sources and adding running total fields.

In this course, you will learn to: 

  • Create reports that pull data from multiple tables and data sources, including Access databases and Excel spreadsheets. 

  • Write formulas that use a variety of functions and operators to display derived data fields, 

  • Customize group names, and select records and groups. 

  • Create running total fields to summarize data incrementally throughout a report. 

Prerequisites

Introduction to Crystal Reports or equivalent experience.
