Course Description

Microsoft 365 can be a bit overwhelming since there are so many apps and it’s not always clear how they all tie together. Further complicating matters is that some apps are only accessed through a browser, while others have both a browser version and a desktop app.

However, by taking the time to learn new approaches, you will discover significant benefits to using Microsoft 365 beyond email. It becomes easier to share information, collaborate with team members, and work on the same documents simultaneously without worrying about version control. With cloud-based storage, your information is always accessible—anytime and anywhere.

Microsoft 365 offers various versions tailored to different needs, broadly categorized into Business and Enterprise plans. Business plans, typically for up to 300 users, include options like Business Basic and Business Standard, with the latter offering more features. Enterprise plans, designed for larger organizations, include options such as E3 and E5, with E5 offering advanced security and compliance features.
