Course Description

Understand how to use Microsoft Teams to manage and organize your work, and collaborate with others. Learn the basics of navigation in Teams, and methods for organizing teams by workgroups and projects. Understand how to create channels, how to effectively use channels to organize your teams, and how to modify channel settings. Learn to add tabs to incorporate other Office 365 apps, third party software, and URLs to customize your navigation by channel. Discover how to add and remove members and owners, and how teams relate to Microsoft 365 Groups. Topics include team communications, naming conventions, creating links, working with posts, call outs, and understanding chats. Additional topics include how Teams works with SharePoint and other Office 365 apps.
